Muscle Memory Privacy Policy — GSO360
Effective 19 August 2026

Muscle Memory Privacy Policy

Muscle Memory does not collect your data.

There are no accounts, no analytics, and no servers. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone, and none of it is transmitted anywhere.

This policy covers the Muscle Memory iPhone app published by GSO360. It is separate from the GSO360 website privacy policy, which governs gso360.com and does not apply to this app.

What the app stores

Muscle Memory keeps a record of the machines and exercises you use so it can show you your last setting. That record is written to your device's local storage and includes:

  • The names of the exercises and machines you add
  • The settings you save — weights, seat and pad positions, speeds, inclines, times
  • Optional sets and reps, and the dates you recorded them
  • Any notes you write to yourself
  • Any photos you choose to attach to an exercise

All of it lives on your phone. The app has no account system and nothing to sign in to.

What leaves your device

Nothing. The app makes no network requests of its own. It does not upload your exercises, settings, notes or photos, and it works with no signal at all — which is deliberate, since gyms rarely have any.

Camera and photo access

If you choose to put a picture on an exercise, iOS will ask permission to use your camera or photo library. The image you pick is stored on your device and attached to that exercise. It is never uploaded. You can decline these permissions and use every other part of the app normally.

Analytics, tracking and advertising

There are none. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising, no crash reporting of its own, and no third-party trackers. It does not use the Advertising Identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites.

While the app is in TestFlight

During beta testing the app is distributed through Apple's TestFlight. Apple — not this app — collects installation and crash information, and any feedback you deliberately send through TestFlight. That is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Muscle Memory is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.

Deleting your data

Two ways. Inside the app, Settings → Delete everything removes every exercise, setting and note from the device. Deleting the app itself removes all of it as well. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, that is the end of it — there is no copy to request or erase.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Muscle Memory adds syncing between phones or any other feature that sends data off your device, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described here with a new effective date.
