FAQ

Q. How long does it take?

A. On-site production can be as short as about 30 minutes to having to span over multiple days. Our typical shoot of 5,000 sq-ft or smaller is usually done in 3 hours or less. Post-production can usually be turned around in less than 24 hours of the last shutter click.

Q. How long is our tour good for? Who owns the copyrights?

A. When comparing services, these are very important questions. With GSO360, your tour is good for as long as you are a client. If you need your tour be active for 6 months and taken down or you need it active for the next 10 years, that is fine with us! As for copyright, that is also yours. A thing to be aware of with competing technologies is that the camera manufacturer, not the camera operator or more importantly the client, owns the copyrights. They are free to do what they want with your facility. We feel that is wrong and is not in your best interest.

Q. When do you shoot?

A. Typically we like to shoot in the evening if you have exterior windows. The sunlight can change the colors of your showroom, so we prefer to shoot after sunset. We are more than happy to shoot during the day if you prefer.

Q. What do you need from us?

A. The most important thing we need is access to your showroom. Building security/management can normally give us access to your space if you notify them in advance. If you have a spare key, we are happy to return it once we have finished with the space. You or someone from your team are also more than welcome let us in and stay while we capture your showroom.

Q. Do you just shoot showrooms?

A. Have cameras, will travel! We shoot showrooms, production facilities, corporate headquarters, or anything else that you would like to show off!

Q. If you could have dinner with a historical figure, who would you choose?

A. That’s always a tough question. Abraham Lincoln would be a good choice. So would George Washington. I might want to go with Wilt Chamberlain just to see his thoughts on the NBA today. A T-Rex would be interesting, if we’re being loose with “Historical Figure”. Although that might result in less having dinner and more becoming dinner. Let me get back to you on this question.
